Mobility of Lisa Wildemann to Guayaquil, Ecuador.
In Guayaquil visited ESPOL, participated in:
– The lectures from Frido Reinstorf and Petra Schneider about climate change and green infrastructur
– Meetings for the project
– Listen to different presentations from stakeholders in a working seminar
Continued with the interviews with different people like students and stakeholders and translated them into german. Can also got an good overview about the awareness for climate change in Ecuador.
Made an excursion to an hydropower station. It was really interesting to see this and learning something about the function of this buildings.
Lisa returdned to Germany on August 01, 2018
Her results was:
– Interviews with nearly 150 people
– Conversations with Cuban and Ecuadorian people about climate change and what they are thinking about it
– Participation in meetings for the project
– Listen to different presentations from Frido Reinstorf, Petra Schneider and stakeholders with important informations for her master thesis
– Getting information material for her thesis
– Learning a little bit Spanish, especially with the help of the interviews (at the end she was able to translated some answers alone from Spanish into German)
– Learning a lot about the awareness for climate change in both countries, Cuba and Ecuadoor, also what they do to fight against climate change
– Did excursions to see what the countries are doing against climate change and where the special problems are.
